What are crates?
Crates are our in-game loot box which rewards players with a random prize upon using a virtual key. The prizes in these crates range from cosmetics to in-game money. For a list of available prizes please see the list below.
How to get keys?
For our Vote Crate, keys are obtained through voting for the server with the /vote option in-game. Additionally all players receive a vote key every 30-60 minutes while playing the server.
For our Chromatic Crate, keys are obtained while there is a “Key booster” active on the server, a key booster is a global booster activated by a player who purchased it from our store. Every player online will receive a key booster every 15 minutes, one key for each booster active (up to 5)
Chromatic Crate
Below is a list of all the current possible rewards from the Chromatic crate, with chances. Our loot boxes pick a prize in two stages, the first stage runs through each prize and picks a number between 0-100, if the prize is within this number it adds it to a second prize list. Upon going through all the prizes until at least one is added to this second stage, it will then pick a prize from this second stage to reward the player. All prizes in this second stage have the same chance to be picked.
Due to the nature of how this works, all % chances displayed are based on our testing. They are as close to accurate as we are able to calculate.
